I traveled with your agency the last holiday and I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.
​First, I bought a package that including planes, hotel and feeding. The shop assistant offered me double room with air conditionering and satellite dish.

​However, when I arrived at hotel the accommodation was unsatisfactory; the room was too small, the air conditioner was a fan and it had not televisor. Then, I tried to get in touch with the agency, but, it was not possible due to the telephone contact was wrong; so, I decided to go toanother place.The reason I am writing you is that I want my money back, also I think that your agency should make me an apologize for all inconvenience caused during my vacation.

Is Important the money for be happy?

​Have you ever imagined winning a large sum of money? that would be great, right; but, what will you do with all that fortune? If that was my case, I think that I try to keep my lifestyle, however, it is impossible not to change anything that I used to do or think without money.

Now I live a gratifying life, I love my work and I can do things that I like, like traveling or buying I need, although, I save all the time for having some things, so, if I win more money those things could be easier to do and more frequently. on the other hand, I would not feel the same emotion as I get things on my own. Also, it is really difficult to look at the poor working strong for having the basically to survive.

The life would be nice if the people could leave affective attachment with material things, they would be happy all with the same possessions; so, when you suddenly win a lot of money, you can contribute with minimize the social differences.
